Founded in 2018, Holistic Art Therapists Association (HATA) brings together practitioners of Anthroposophy inspired Art Therapy in India. HATA was created by the alumni of the intensive Art Therapy training program conceived by Leila Tayebaly founder of The Art Loft.
FOUNDERS

Leila Tayebaly
Born in New-York to a French mother and an Indian father, raised on a French tropical island, Leila draws her never-ending imagination from a borderless education. Her attraction to colours brought her naturally to the arts and her profound interest in relationships drew her to art-therapy at the Ecole Belliard-Staikovsky in 2000, where she completed her art therapy training. With over 15yrs of experience in the field she founded and created a curriculum and Art-therapy course and training in India.
Natasha Singh
An erstwhile ad exec and part time actor, Natasha was quick to see the far reaching appeal and benefits of Art Therapy. She brings a calm, balanced and creative thinking approach to problems and is constantly working on driving a culture of support, collaboration and teamwork in HATA.

Reena Ramakrishnan
An artist by profession, Reena started out as a reluctant Art Therapist but has the most sought after class and a unique set of skills that her artistic experience brings to the workshops. She brings her sense of responsibility and structure to HATA and is involved in training the fresh batches in artistic and practical aspects of the work.
Fatema Slatewala
A homeopath with an enthusiasm for Art, Fatema fell in love with Art Therapy at first brush. She brings her unrelenting enthusiasm and optimism to all the tasks at HATA and is the connector who ensures everyone participates in and contributes to the HATA vision.

OUR GOAL
HATA endeavours to create more awareness for this niche medium so more people can benefit from it, while holding its members accountable to the highest professional and ethical standards. We are interested in building a community of practitioners and collaborators that can learn, exchange and grow together to redefine the idea of emotional well-being and the impact of creativity on it. Not everyone enjoys verbal mediums and art is the oldest and most creative medium of self expression known to man. Art Therapy has so much to offer to people, it is here that we hope to widen its reach and make it a preferred option for well being.
